We have a numbers of classes that are beginner, intermediate or advanced level. We currently have space in our beginners class on Wednesdays and our advanced class on Thursdays starting in January. If you have attended Pilates previously don’t hesitate to get in touch and we can help find a class suitable for you.
We provide a free assessment if required, to ensure you’re suitable to attend the class. This is recommended if you are a complete beginner to pilates. All classes are led by an experienced chartered physiotherapist with a maximum of 6 participants in each class, duration 55 minutes
